Freehold, New Jersey, November 06, 2025 – The Rapid Group (“TRG”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and a leading provider of maintenance, repair, and installation services to water and wastewater facilities and to the industrial, commercial, transportation sectors, announced today that it has acquired O&M Solutions, LLC (“O&M” or the “Company”). This acquisition enhances TRG’s presence across the Northeast and further strengthens its suite of service offerings.

Headquartered in Freehold, New Jersey, O&M Solutions delivers operations and maintenance services for wastewater treatment plants throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Founded in 2016 by Greg Seaman, the Company has built a reputation for reliability and quality service over the last decade. O&M’s management team, led by Seaman, will continue to oversee daily operations under The Rapid Group umbrella.
