OUR TEAM

Steve is an Executive Partner for Hidden Harbor. In this role, he works with the Operations Team to improve the supply chain and operational performance of its portfolio companies and assist in the due diligence of new investments. Steve has over 30 years of experience in a variety of supply chain roles and in a variety of locations in the US and abroad.

Prior to joining Hidden Harbor, Steve served in a variety of jobs in supply chain and process improvement at Eastman Kodak Company, Chevron and Goodyear Tire and Rubber. In his last role at Kodak, Steve served as the Asia Pacific Director of Supply Chain and Asean Operations Manager responsible for all aspects of the supply chain and infrastructure operations, located in Singapore. He did process improvement work with Chevron, and at Goodyear was the Director of Supply Chain for Asean and later the Director of Supply Process Improvements for Asia Pacific. Steve oversaw infrastructure and process development, including development of offshoring operations in Manila, to support Asia Pacific supply chain operations.

Steve holds a B.S. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo with additional management training at Penn State University and INSEAD (Singapore).
