LATHAN MCKEE ARCHITECTS MAKES INVESTMENT IN LED ARCHITECTURE, ADDING FOURTH MEMBER FIRM TO L&M GROUP OF COMPANIES
Boca Raton, Florida, August 6, 2025 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce an investment by Lathan Associates Architects P.C. (“Lathan McKee”) in Lambert Ezell Durham Architecture, LLC (“LED” or “LED Architecture”). LED, established in 1981 and headquartered in Florence, AL, specializes in providing architectural and design services to municipal, higher education, K-12 education, financial services, and religious clients. LED joins Lathan McKee and Barganier Davis Williams (“BDW”) as a member of the L&M group of companies (“L&M Group”). LED’s leadership team, including Calvin Durham and Jonathan Handley, will continue in their current roles.

Lathan McKee’s investment in LED closed August 1, 2025. Financing for the transaction was provided by funds managed by First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC. Hidden Harbor was advised by Akerman LLP as legal advisor. LED was advised by Ironline Advisors as financial advisor and Cunningham Firm LLC as legal advisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
