HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS MAKES STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN LATHAN ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, P.C., AN ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN SERVICES COMPANY

Boca Raton, Florida, December 17, 2024 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce a strategic investment in Lathan Associates Architects, P.C. (“Lathan Architects” or the “Company”). Lathan Architects, established in 1990 and headquartered in Hoover, AL, specializes in architectural and design services for K-12, higher education, and municipal clients across Alabama. Founder Rick Lathan and the partners at Lathan Architects remain invested and active in the Company.

Hidden Harbor’s investment in Lathan Architects closed on November 21, 2024. Hidden Harbor was advised by Akerman LLP as legal advisor. Lathan Architects was advised by Ironline Advisors as financial advisor and Cunningham Firm LLC as legal advisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
