Boca Raton, Florida, August 29, 2022 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Machinery Services Corp. and Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co., Inc (“MSC&RPM), a leading Northeast facility services provider that focuses on pump, motor and Water/Wastewater Infrastructure , as well as   diverse maintenance, installation  and repair services in the Municipal, Industrial, and Transportation sectors.

Based in Paterson, New Jersey and founded in 1978, MSC&RPM is a value-added provider of mechanical, electrical and electronics services with a focus on the municipal water/wastewater, Industrial & transportation sectors. Through decades of maintaining a strong reputation for exceptional service and reliability, MSC&RPM is the provider of choice for many of the region’s largest municipalities when it comes to pump repair, inspection, and installation. MSC&RPM’s technical expertise is not limited to the water industry, as the Company maintains strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients who rely on the Company to perform key services and repairs to complex machinery.

Hidden Harbor’s acquisition of MCS&RPM closed on July 21, 2022. LBC Credit Partners provided financing for the transaction.  Configure Partners served as financing advisor to Hidden Harbor.  The DAK Group served as financial advisor to MSC&RPM. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
