Covington, Georgia, April 06, 2023 – Air Conditioning Specialist, Inc., (“ACS”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company that provides Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) and Plumbing installation and services, today announced its acquisitions of Palmetto Heating & Air of the Low Country, Inc. (“Palmetto”), expanding its geography to South Carolina and significantly expanding its service and replacement capabilities.

Headquartered in Hardeeville, South Carolina, Palmetto is a market leading provider of HVAC services, primarily serving residential and light commercial customers in the Hardeeville and Hilton Head area.
