THE L&M GROUP INVESTS IN ALLRED ARCHITECTURAL GROUP, A LEADING ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FIRM BASED IN MISSISSIPPI

Boca Raton, Florida, April 29, 2026 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, today announced an investment by the L&M Group in Allred Architectural Group, (“Allred”), a Mississippi-based architecture and design firm headquartered in Ocean Springs. The L&M Group, comprised of Lathan McKee Architects (“Lathan McKee”), Barganier Davis Williams Architects (“BDW”), LED Architecture (“LED”) and now Allred, is a full service architectural, design, and project management group of firms focused on serving clients in the Southeastern United States.

Founded in 1961, Allred provides architectural and design services to municipal, education, and commercial clients. Allred will continue to operate from its Ocean Springs, Mississippi headquarters under its existing leadership team, including Hoppy Allred, Jennifer Blount, and Patrick Wilber.

The L&M Group’s investment in Allred closed March 13, 2026. Financing for the transaction was provided by investment funds managed by Napier Park Global Capital. Hidden Harbor and the L&M Group were advised by Akerman LLP as legal advisor. Allred was advised by Liskow & Lewis, APLC as legal advisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
