Fort Myers, Florida, February 17, 2026 – R.L. James Exteriors (“RL James”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and provider of exterior restoration and remediation services such as concrete restoration, window cleaning, painting, waterproofing, and glass and window replacement to commercial end customers throughout Southwest, Central and North Florida, today announced the acquisition of Paramount Painting & Services, LLC (“PPSI” or the “Company”). The acquisition further strengthens RL James’ presence across key Florida markets and expands its service capabilities across the region.

Paramount Painting & Services, LLC, headquartered in Tampa, FL, with an additional office in Orlando, is a family-owned exterior building services company led by Jeffrey Heim (“Jeff”). The Company is a provider of commercial painting, waterproofing, and restoration services to commercial customers across Florida. Jeff will continue in his current role with the Company.
