NOBLE FUELING SOLUTIONS, A PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS, ACQUIRES DEPENDABLE SERVICE COMPANY, INC.

Plymouth, Massachusetts, March 11, 2025 – Noble Fueling Solutions (“Noble”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and provider of maintenance, repair, and installation services to fueling stations and critical infrastructure, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Dependable Service Company, Inc. (“Dependable”, “Dependable Petroleum Service” or the “Company”). The acquisition adds further density to Noble’s geographic footprint in the Northeast and further enhances its ability to expand service coverage for valued existing customers.

Originally founded by Bruce Garrett and located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Dependable Petroleum Service is a full-service provider of fuel tank service, compliance testing, replacement, installation and removal of fuel dispensers, pumps and tanks, serving customers such as fuel retailers, municipalities, marinas, and other customers throughout the Northeast. Dependable Owner and President, Bruce Garrett, will continue to remain involved with the company.
