North Brunswick, New Jersey, March 6, 2024 – Island Pump and Tank (“Island Pump”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and provider of maintenance, repair, and installation services to petroleum, commercial, utility and government customers, today announced the acquisition of C 3 Technologies LLC (“C 3” or the “Company”). The acquisition further densifies Island Pump’s Northeastern presence into New Jersey and adds meaningful scale and expertise to its compliance and testing capabilities.

C 3 Technologies was established in 2005 by Manny Alvarez and is located in North Brunswick, NJ. The company is a provider of service, compliance, testing, disposal, and installation services to petroleum and commercial customers throughout the state of New Jersey. C 3 founder Manny Alvarez will continue to remain involved with the company.
