Hidden Harbor Capital Partners Makes Strategic Investment in Tri Scapes, a Commercial Landscaping Company

Boca Raton, Florida, August 7th, 2024 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm
specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce a strategic investment in Tri Scapes,
LLC (“Tri Scapes”). Tri Scapes, established in 1993 and headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, specializes in commercial landscaping
services across Georgia. Founders Quinn and Rebecca Martin remain invested and active in the company.

Hidden Harbor’s acquisition of Tri Scapes closed on July 12, 2024. Hidden Harbor was advised by McDermott, Will & Emery LLP as
legal advisor, William Blair served as buyside financial advisor, and Configure Partners as debt financing advisor. Funds managed by
First Eagle Alternative Credit provided financing for the transaction. Tri Scapes was advised by Ascent Advisory Partners as financial
advisor and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton as legal advisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
