Boca Raton, FL, January 31, 2024 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“HHCP” or the “Firm”), a leading middle market private equity firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, is pleased to announce that Russell Kreutter has been promoted to Partner.  Russell has been with Hidden Harbor since its inception and has played a critical role in underwriting multiple portfolio companies and in supporting the broader growth of the Firm.  Andrew Joy, Partner, said, “It has been incredibly exciting to watch Russell grow into a seasoned private equity professional. During his tenure at HHCP, Russell has served on the Firm’s Investment Committee for the past two years and has focused on all key aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight.  “In his time at HHCP, Russell has excelled at identifying investment opportunities, building strong relationships, and furthering our thesis in the commercial, residential, and broader field services sectors,” said Chris Paldino, Partner.

Within the Firm’s portfolio, Russell serves on the Board of Directors for RL James, Machinery Services & Rapid Pump, Island Pump & Tank, Avtron Power Solutions, SuperHero Fire Protection, Air Conditioning Specialist, Anchor Danly/AWC Manufacturing, and KT-Grant. Additionally, he served on the Board of Hidden Harbor’s first two successful realized investments – Stella Environmental and Cloyes Gear & Products.  David Block, Partner and leader of the Firm’s Portfolio Operations Group, said, “Russell has shown a keen ability to help craft and execute on the post-close value creation opportunities within our portfolio. Russell brings over six years of experience in private equity.  Prior to joining Hidden Harbor, he was a Consultant in the Strategy Group at Monitor Deloitte. Russell graduated Valedictorian and summa cum laude from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, earning his B.S. in Accounting and Marketing. In addition, he holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating as a Palmer Scholar.
