Boca Raton, FL, February 5, 2024 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“HHCP” or the “Firm”), a leading middle market private equity firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, is pleased to announce Lee Bryan has joined the firm as a Partner.  Lee will be a member of the Firm’s investment Committee and will be responsible for all key aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight.  John Caple, Partner, said, “I worked closely with Lee for many years at our prior firm, and have always considered Lee to be one of the finest middle market private equity professionals I have ever worked with. Lee brings over 25 years of experience in private equity, strategy, and operations.  Prior to joining Hidden Harbor, Lee was most recently a Partner at Comvest and served on the company’s investment committee. Before Comvest, Lee served as a Director at Harbert Investment Partners.  Prior to his private equity career, Lee was a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company and a Manager at Procter & Gamble.  Lee graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.
