HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS AND CARLYLE ALPINVEST CLOSE $850 MILLION CONTINUATION FUND

Boca Raton, Florida, May 7, 2025 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in control investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce the successful close of a Continuation Fund that acquired interests in four Hidden Harbor portfolio companies: Dayco (“Dayco”), SuperHero Fire Protection (“SuperHero”), Air Conditioning Specialist, Inc. (“ACS”) and Inspire Aesthetics (“Inspire”). Carlyle AlpInvest, a leading global private equity investor, led the transaction, which garnered more than $850 million of commitments.
