Edison, New Jersey, August 1, 2024 – Machinery Services Co. and Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co. (“Rapid Pump”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and preferred provider of maintenance, repair, and installation services to water and wastewater facilities, critical infrastructure, and industrial process facilities, today announced the acquisition of Metro Pumps & Systems, Inc. (“Metro Pumps” or the “Company”). The acquisition expands Rapid Pump’s customer base in the NYC-metro area and further expands its service capabilities.

Located in Edison, New Jersey, Metro Pumps provides repair and maintenance services and distribution for motors, pumps, and rotating equipment. Founded in 2003, the Company has served industrial and municipal customers throughout the greater New Jersey and NYC-metro area for over 20 years.
