Covington, Georgia, May 21, 2024 – Air Conditioning Specialist, Inc., (“ACS”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company that provides Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) and Plumbing installation and services, today announced its acquisition of Mac Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. (“Mac”).
Headquartered in Brevard, NC Mac is one of the most well-respected providers of HVAC services in the Transylvania region in NC, primarily serving residential and light commercial customers since 1990 with a reputation of providing high-quality service to its customers.
