Syracuse, New York, May 28, 2024 – Island Pump and Tank (“Island Pump”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners portfolio company and provider of maintenance, repair, and installation services to petroleum, commercial, utility and government customers, today announced the acquisition of S&W Services, Inc (“S&W” or the “Company”). The acquisition bolsters Island Pump’s service, inspection, and distribution presence in Upstate, NY with S&W’s Syracuse and Rochester locations as well as expands the platform’s footprint into Maryland with S&W’s Glen Burnie location.
S&W Services, headquartered in Syracuse, NY was established in 1995 and is led by Tony Farrell, Phil Randall, and Chris LaFever. The company is a provider of distribution, service, and inspection services to petroleum, commercial, and critical infrastructure customers across the East Coast. Tony, Phil, and Chris will continue in their current roles at the company.
