SUPERHERO FIRE PROTECTION, A PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS, ANNOUNCES PLANNED LEADERSHIP SUCCESSION AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW CEO
Lawrenceville, Georgia, February 10, 2026 – SuperHero Fire Protection (“SuperHero”), a preferred provider of fire, life, and safety inspection, maintenance, and installation services across the Southeast and South, today announced a planned leadership succession to support the company’s continued growth.
As part of this succession, Josh Stephens, Co-Founder of SuperHero Fire Protection, will transition from his role as Chief Executive Officer to President of the Sprinklers Division. In this role, Mr. Stephens will focus on leading SuperHero’s sprinkler service offerings – an area that has long been a core strength of the organization — and driving operational excellence across the company’s branch network.
Robert Blake-Ward has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of SuperHero Fire Protection. Mr. Blake-Ward brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the commercial services industry, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of PowerHouse, a national multi-site facility services provider. During his tenure, he led a comprehensive organic and inorganic growth strategy that increased revenue from approximately $30 million to more than $400 million and expanded the company’s footprint into numerous new markets nationwide.
“This transition reflects the strength of SuperHero’s leadership team and our shared excitement about the company’s future,” said Robert Blake-Ward. “Josh has built an outstanding organization with a strong culture centered on customer service and operational excellence. I’m thrilled to partner with him and the broader SuperHero team as we continue to deliver best-in-class fire protection solutions and expand our presence across the markets we serve.”
“Josh and the SuperHero leadership team have built an exceptional platform, and this transition reflects the scale of the business and the opportunities ahead,” said Russell Kreutter, Partner at Hidden Harbor Capital Partners. “We are excited to support Robert as CEO and look forward to continuing our partnership with Josh and the full SuperHero team.”
“From the beginning, this succession has been thoughtfully planned with SuperHero’s long-term success in mind,” said Josh Stephens. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and excited to focus even more deeply on our sprinkler business. Robert’s leadership experience, energy, and commitment to excellence make him the ideal CEO to lead SuperHero into its next phase of growth.”
This transition positions SuperHero to build on its strong momentum. Today, the company operates in more than 15 markets across the South and Southeast, with a continued focus on driving outsized growth in recurring inspection, maintenance, and repair services.
