ACS, A PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS, MAKES INVESTMENT IN CLARK HEATING & COOLING, INC.

Covington, Georgia, September 30, 2025 – Air Conditioning Specialist, Inc., (“ACS”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“HHCP”) portfolio company that provides Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) and plumbing services, today announced its acquisition of Clark Heating & Cooling, Inc. (“Clark”).

Headquartered in Dickson, Tennessee, and founded by John (“Johnny”) Clark, Clark is a provider of HVAC services, primarily serving residential and light commercial customers in the Middle Tennessee area.

“The addition of Clark Heating & Cooling marks another step in our strategy to establish a leading service platform and further strengthens our footprint within our core Tennessee market. Johnny and the Clark team have built a strong business, and we are excited to work together to pursue further growth,” said Pat Hayes, President of ACS.

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton served as legal advisor to HHCP. Funds managed by First Eagle Alternative Credit and Capital Southwest provided financing for the transaction. Ramsey Thornton Barrett Osborn, PLC served as legal advisor to Clark Heating & Cooling, Inc.
