HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS MAKES STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN MCHALE & MCHALE LANDSCAPE DESIGN, LLC, A PROVIDER OF RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPING SERVICES

Boca Raton, Florida, August 14, 2025 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“Hidden Harbor”), an operationally focused private equity firm specializing in investments in lower middle market companies, is pleased to announce a strategic investment in McHale & McHale Landscape Design, LLC (“McHale”). McHale, established in 1981 and headquartered in Upper Marlboro, MD, specializes in providing premium residential landscaping services across DC, Maryland, and Virginia (“DMV”). Founders Kevin and Steve McHale remain invested and active in the company.

Funds managed by First Eagle Alternative Credit provided financing for the transaction. McHale was advised by Chesapeake Corporate Advisors as financial advisor and Duane Morris LLP as legal advisor.
