HIDDEN HARBOR CAPITAL PARTNERS ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF CATHY BOWERS AS PRINCIPAL

Boca Raton, FL, June 3, 2025 – Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“HHCP” or the “Firm”), a leading middle market private equity firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, is pleased to announce Cathy Bowers has joined the firm as a Principal.  Cathy will be responsible for all key aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Consistent with HHCP’s sector-focused approach, she will target deals in cybersecurity and IT managed services, HOA management, and specialty gas distribution, among other areas​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.

Cathy brings over 12 years of experience in private equity and deal advisory services. Prior to joining Hidden Harbor, Cathy was a Director at Thompson Street Capital Partners. Before Thompson Street, Cathy served as Chief of Staff for Education Corp of America, a Willis Stein portfolio company and as a Senior Associate at Willis Stein. Prior to her private equity career, Cathy worked in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice. Cathy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with her bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s of science in accountancy and earned her MBA at Kellogg School of Management.
