Boca Raton, Florida, January 21, 2025 – Burnout Brands, a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“HHCP”) portfolio company that is a manufacturer and distributor of performance automotive aftermarket brands, today announced the purchase of D&J Precision Machine, LLC (“D&J”), a renowned provider of high-quality precision machining services.

Founded in 2009, D&J Precision Machine has built a strong reputation for its exceptional craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology, and customer-centric approach. Specializing in building Cummins long blocks, heads, and accessories, D&J Precision Machine’s work spans everything from re-manufacturing daily driver engines to crafting full billet race engines. By combining their expertise, BD Diesel, Monster Transmission, and D&J aim to enhance production capabilities, expand service offerings, and reinforce their position as leaders in the manufacturing industry.
