Covington, Georgia, December 19, 2024 – Air Conditioning Specialist, Inc., (“ACS”), a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (“HHCP”) portfolio company that provides Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) and plumbing services, today announced its acquisitions of AAA-1 Heating & Cooling, LLC (“AAA-1”) and Jake’s Heating & Cooling of North Myrtle Beach, LLC (“Jake’s”).

Headquartered in Kingsport, Tennessee, AAA-1 is a well-respected provider of HVAC services, primarily serving residential and light commercial customers in the Tri-Cities area.
Headquartered in Little River, South Carolina, Jake’s is a well-respected provider of HVAC services, primarily serving residential customers in the Myrtle Beach area.

Pineland Capital Partners originated the transaction. Hunter, Smith & Davis served as legal advisor to AAA-1; and The Bellamy Law Firm served as legal advisor to Jake’s.
